Any other check, built without a developer
- Build a form from scratch in the designer: yes/no, multiple choice, numbers, dates, sliders, text and dropdowns.
- Attach evidence where it matters — photo capture, annotation, signatures and media on any question.
- Add scoring and pass/fail so a form produces a result, not just a set of filled-in answers.
- Use conditional logic so questions appear only when the answer before them calls for it.
- Link a question to a site, an asset or a contractor company, so a finding lands on the right record.
